Terms & Conditions

As a Vinchíc Wine Club Member,

-I acknowledge that I am at least 21 years of age.
-Upon becoming a Vinchíc Wine Club subscriber, I am committing to continue my subscription for two consecutive months after my initial purchase, and I understand that I may only cancel my subscription subject to the terms set forth below. Subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be used by any other person.
-If I decide to cancel my wine club subscription, I must provide notice in writing by email to cheers@lovevinchic.com. Notice must be given at least 30 days prior to the next billing date, which is the first day of each month. 
-If I cancel my membership prior to my two month commitment, or if I do not provide the 30-day notice of cancellation after the first two months of my subscription, I agree to pay a $50 cancellation fee to allow for an early cancellation.
-I understand that the wines chosen as part of my wine club subscription are selected by Vinchíc in order to provide me an opportunity to taste a variety of Old & New World Wines and may not be substitued for any other bottled wines. Wines will be available for Pick-Up Only after the 1st of each month as it relates to the terms of the subscription agreement
-I acknowledge the cost of my subscription will be $130.00-160.00 per month and will be charged on the 1st day of each consecutive month of my membership.
-I acknowledge that I may not substitute the terms of this subscription for any other goods or services.
-I acknowledge that the discounts set forth can not be combined with any other offers, sale items or special purchases and may not be applied to additional Monthly Subscriptions. 
-I understand once the card has been billed no refund will be issued.
-I acknowledge that my monthly benefits must be used within the month of subscription and that unused values do not roll over into the following month.
-I understand that Vinchíc Wine Bar & Boutique reserves the right to change wine subscription charges, billing dates, member privileges, event dates, or special arrangements at any time upon thirty days’ notice.
-I have read the above, and I authorize Vinchíc Wine Bar & Boutique to automatically bill my credit card on the first on the month for my monthly subscription including any taxes and fees (if applicable). -I understand and agree to the above terms of membership.
